Reports Library
Reports can now be imported/exported from your system in XML Format. Ulysses is compiling a library of standard reports that can be downloaded from our web site and imported directly into your system, bringing in all the field selections and report designer template. Included in the library are Case Details reports for all systems, and a number of Risk Register and Assurance Framework reports. The report can be viewed before being downloaded, so you can decide whether the report meets your requirements.

When users have a query with their report they can now export the report to the support team, where the required changes can be made with the completed report exported back to the customer. In addition to this, users are now able to share their reports with other customers at a click of a button.

Email Scheduler
Customers can identify layouts for three types of emails sent from Safeguard. These emails are in relation to Actions, Letters (i.e. joining instructions for Training) and other Standard communication from the system. These layouts are customisable and more than one layout can be used for each Type. This functionality works very well when raising Actions and notifying the person responsible what is required.

In response to user feedback we are introducing automatic email reminders ensuring that action deadlines are not missed even when users have not been in the system for a period of time.

User Forum
Ulysses is in the process of introducing a User Forum Area on our web site. All customers have been contacted by email requesting information on all users who will be requiring access to the forum. As a guide this area will include:
