Occupational Health plays an integral part in the daily management of the Organisation's Occupational Health department and keeps track of the Occupational Health needs of all employees.
Ensures that employees are not allowed to "slip through the net" in terms of recalls for boosters, immunisation programs, health surveillance and screening.

The Occupational Health professional is informed on entry into the system of any staff Incidents/Accidents that have been recorded within the Safeguard Incident module, paying particular attention to "Needle stick" injuries and automatically listing when a booster was last recorded. These Incidents / Accidents can be viewed by individual employee
Periods of sickness that are not the result of an Incident at work can be recorded.

Records The system collects all the required information for your staff including demographic data, next of kin, GP and availability. Immunisations The system holds a full immunisation record for each member of staff with a history of treatment and "Due-By" dates. This ensures that you are reminded when the next injection or blood test is necessary, however far into the future that may be. The system can also allocate a clinic slot and produce an appointment letter. The profile of the immunisation programmes is standard within the system but can be tailored to individual requirements.
