Ulysses has a team dedicated to the support and development of the Safeguard & Paragon Systems that keeps in touch with healthcare professionals working within the Risk Management and Clinical Environment.
The support contract is an annual subscription that entitles the customer to Help Desk Support, System Upgrades and User Group Meetings. There is a major System upgrade twice per year that takes into account individual requests, where these are thought to be of benefit to all customers, as well as legislative changes in accordance with Government requirements. There are additional upgrades such as Controls Assurance Standards that users can simply download from our web site.
The support desk operates from 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Advice and guidance is given on all aspects of the system as required and all calls are logged and prioritised with a tracking system to ensure that problems are resolved within acceptable time limits.
User group meetings are held annually throughout the Country, and we also encourage our customers to network and communicate with other Systems Users.
